*****BONUS***** A 32oz. bodum original French press, 2 sleek black 16oz mugs, 2 bistro stirrers and 1 turbo frother.

Tips for the press:
Although it is labor intensive and clean up can be messy, it is my personal opinion that this is the best way to brew coffee. Nothing worthwhile comes easy. So take your time on this one and do it right. Boil water. Let it cool a minute. Put a tablespoon or bodum coffee scoop of coarse ground coffee in the beaker, then pour 4 oz of H2O for each scoop of grounds. (Feel free to make yourself more than this, just keep the ratio the same.) Stir with plastic spoon. After 4 minutes, firmly and consistently press down the filter until grounds are packed on bottom. Pour and enjoy.

What grinder should I buy?
Now that you are going all out for coffee, you might be thinking I should be using a nice grinder. A cheap $12 blade grinder is perfectly fine for melitta, drip and press. The longer you grind, the finer it gets. Sometimes it’s the inconsistency of the grind that contributes to a more diverse bouquet. The beauty of drip and pressed coffee is that one CAN make it perfectly at home. Espresso on the other hand can be very difficult to do well at home with out training and expensive commercial equipment.

Just stick to the basics, our Guatemalan Gold - otherwise known as Cafe Huehue, good tools and a methodical process. I much rather you enjoy less coffee more. The key in thoroughly enjoying the crème de la crème of the most widely consumed commodity (second to oil) in the world is in moderation. This is also the most widely consumed fruit in the world. Take the time to taste it. Share our experience with your friends and family and soon you’ll be hooked for life.
